We are a small team building AI products for nonprofits. Our fundraising platform deploys into organisations as an operating layer, and Whitelabel Labs works alongside their teams to find, build and scale AI use cases inside their own work.
Everyone here ships, and everyone talks to the people using what we ship.
Nothing here that fits? We keep an open file. Send what you have built to hello@whitelabel.ai and tell us what it does.

We build AI products for nonprofits. Our core product is a fundraising platform: an AI spine we deploy into nonprofit organisations so their fundraising, donor and programme work runs on top of agents rather than spreadsheets and manual process. Alongside the platform, Whitelabel Labs works directly with nonprofit teams to find, build and scale AI use cases inside their own operations.
We are small. Everyone here ships, and everyone talks to the people using what we ship.
This is a front deployed engineering role. You will split your time between building our core fundraising platform and working with nonprofit teams to take AI use cases from idea to prototype to production.
That means writing production code most weeks, and sitting with nonprofit leaders and their technical staff the rest of the time. You will help them choose the right tool, or build it when nothing off the shelf fits. You will also pick up special projects: short, scoped pieces of work where we prove something new before it becomes part of the platform.
We expect you to be heavily AI native in how you work. Not as a talking point, but as the way you build.
Experience in nonprofits, public sector, education or healthcare is useful but not required. We care more about whether you can operate in an organisation that has limited technical capacity and still leave something working behind.
You will not have touched all of this and we do not expect you to. It is here so you know what you would be working in.
AI and LLMs
Pinecone, Gemini, RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, LLM orchestration, semantic search, retrieval optimisation, Hugging Face
Engineering
TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, Python, REST APIs, distributed systems, microservices, Postgres, Snowflake
Infrastructure
Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Redis, Elasticsearch, CI/CD
We care more about depth in the core (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node) and the ability to pick up the rest than about a checklist match.
Send a CV and links. If you have built AI tooling for yourself or your team, include it, and tell us in a few lines what it does and why you built it. That will carry more weight than the CV.
