What teams usually want to know before starting a pilot.

Do you sell a product or offer services?

We work in two ways: as a lab designing and building custom AI products with ambitious nonprofits, and as a platform for teams deploying AI at scale. Both start with a conversation.

How do we start working together?

We begin with a pro-bono working session to understand your constraints, goals, and where the opportunity is.

Is this only for large nonprofits with big budgets?

No. Size and budget matter less than the project. We look for work that can scale to nationwide impact or set a precedent for the sector, and in some cases we have submitted successful grants to make it happen.

How do you use AI safely and responsibly?

Data is handled the SOC 2 and HIPAA-compliant way, visible live in our Vanta-powered trust centre. Systems are designed with data minimisation, access controls, and human oversight.

What kind of results should we expect?

Improved engagement, reduced manual effort, and clearer insight into what's driving outcomes.

How long does a typical engagement last?

Initial pilots typically run 4–8 weeks, with the option to iterate or scale based on results. We offer ongoing retainers on a case-by-case basis.

Do we need to replace our existing tools or systems?

We integrate with your existing platforms wherever possible.
