How our fees work

Headline rate

3.5% Whitelabel platform fee, per donation.

Includes the AI agent and every module. No setup fee, and no monthly minimum for the cohort.

Plus payment processing, at cost

On top of the 3.5%, you pay only what the payment rails actually charge to move the money. We pass these straight through at cost and never mark them up.

• Card donations: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay carry the card networks' interchange. It's set by the networks and varies by card, typically around 1.5 to 2%.
• ACH / bank transfers: bank-transfer gifts carry the ACH processing fee, a small flat cost per transaction.
• Non-USD gifts: international cards may carry a currency-conversion cost, passed through at cost with no Whitelabel markup.

On a $100 card gift

• Whitelabel platform fee (3.5%): $3.50
• Card interchange, at cost (about 1.9%): about $1.90

If the donor covers the fees: you keep $100, and the donor pays about $105.40.

If the donor declines: you keep about $94.60, and the donor pays $100.

Security, and how your money moves

Donations run on the same payment infrastructure trusted by leading platforms, with security built in at every step.

• Your funds never touch us: donations flow directly from your donors to your verified U.S. bank account through a PCI-DSS Level 1 payment facilitator. Whitelabel never holds or controls your money.
• Fast, direct settlement: payouts settle to your bank in 3 to 5 days, batched daily, and we can never withdraw from your account.
• PCI-compliant tokenization: card details are tokenized the moment a donor enters them. Raw card numbers never touch your website or our servers.
• Encrypted, monitored, tested: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, infrastructure is monitored 24/7, and we run annual penetration tests.
• Audited to SOC 2 Type II: card data is handled to PCI DSS standards, with controls modeled on SOC 2 Type II and a 72-hour breach-notification commitment.
• Compliance handled for you: business and individual verification (KYB/KYC), real-time fraud and transaction monitoring, and 1099-K tax forms are all taken care of.
• Disputes handled for you: chargebacks and disputes are managed through the processor with real-time notifications, so nothing slips by.

• Chargebacks: if a donor disputes a charge with their card issuer, a flat $15 dispute fee applies, handled through the processor.
• Cancel anytime: no lock-in. Your donor data is always yours to export.
